2. Skilled Carpenter:

3. Skilled Tiler:

   • We are looking for a skilled tiler who can create beautiful and durable tile installations.

   • Responsibilities:

     • Prepare surfaces and select appropriate tiles and varies format.

     • Cut and lay tiles in a precise and aesthetically pleasing manner.

     • Ensure proper grouting and finishing.

     • Ability to read drawings, setting out and proposed changes to the design when required both on site and off-site.

   • Requirements:

     • Minimum 5 years of tiling experience.

     • Knowledge of different tile materials and patterns, including large format

     • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

     • Strong work ethic and reliability.

     • Able to communicate in Chinese (mandarin) is preferred.

4. Maintenance Person:

   • Our maintenance team plays a crucial role in keeping our property management team running smoothly.

   • Responsibilities:

     • Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections of properties.

     • Troubleshoot and address issues promptly.

     • Maintain records of work completed.

   • Requirements:

     • Proven experience in maintenance work.

     • Ability to handle various tasks and repairs.

     • Strong problem-solving skills.

     • Able to communicate in Chinese (mandarin) is required.
